The Project comprises of the construction of two high rise residential buildings, a podium and boulevard apartments together with associated external works, external services and hard and soft landscaping.

The building also comprises of three levels of underground carparks, ground floor, three levels of Podium, 45 levels of Tower 1 and 46 levels of Tower 2.
