The project involves the construction of track, infrastructure and building including all MEP services and STP. The scope comprises of

1. Track- Track, Barriers, Fences, Utilities, Infield Works, Signage and Control, Underpasses and Bridges, Pit Complex

2. Infrastructure- Roads, Utilities, Signage and Signals,, Landscaping, Parking Areas, Road Lighting, Advertising Wall

3. Building - Medical Centre, Race Control, Paddock dinner and garage, race school, scrutineering, fire ambulance station, VIP suite, media centre and helipad.
